On foot, by bike, mountain bike, horseback or canoe, you can choose your own way to (re)discover the heritage of central Brittany. Its discreet hills and valleys are a special, almost unsuspected hiking destination...
From the small mountains of Le Mené to the emblematic lake of Guerlédan, via the national forest of Loudéac, central Brittany protects and watches over a unique and unsuspected heritage, sometimes since centuries. The lakes of Guerlédan, Bosméléac and La Hardouinais, the valleys and rivers of the Oust and Lié, the Nantes-Brest canal and the Loudéac forest are all places where you can practice "nature sports" with your family or friends and get some fresh air in protected natural areas.
More than 100 routes to discover the region
BRETAGNE CENTRE RANDO mobile app is a selection of hiking itineraries, selected according to their landscape, natural heritage and sporting interest.
